For this ultra-lightweight rain cover, the textile specialists used all their knowledge to develop an innovative inner membrane that prevents water from penetrating the shoe.
Conventional models often fail to prevent rain from entering from below or from the ankle, so an inner waterproof membrane was adopted.
In this way, the shoe cover creates a rainproof seal, keeping the foot dry.
The heat-taped raw cut edges around the heel and heel hole, the raw cut edge on the ankle and the zipperless design offer superior quality with minimal volume.

TECHNOLOGIES

EVA KANT: a patented technological fabric that has rapidly become the waterproof protection of reference. In opaque black and with a water column of 10 m, it is an ultra-lightweight and stretch fabric.

Inner membrane: In contrast, the product's waterproof membrane has been placed on the inside, creating a seal on the underside of the shoe and the runner's ankle, which blocks water from entering the shoe cover.

Zip-free construction: inspired by the design and cut of the prototype shoe cover worn by the gold medallist in the men's time trial at the Rio Olympics, this model is reduced to the essentials to improve comfort and performance.

Heat-taped, raw-cut edges: the raw-cut edges of the cleat, heel, and ankle eliminate seams to retain heat and increase comfort in a product that is sure to cope with inclement weather and demanding races in different seasons.
