We are delighted to tell you that Beth Graff has agreed to lead a weekly Women’s ride beginning Sunday March 18th. It will be at 1pm leaving from our Proctor location. Beth is a well-established Masters athlete and Personal Trainer with a wealth of enthusiasm and expertise. She is looking forward to having women to ride with! Beth will be open to input for what you want to work on be it when to change gears, road positioning, getting the best out of your sprints, base miles…you name it.
So mark the date on your calendars, Sunday March 18th 1pm from Proctor. Hope to see you then.
Beginning February 27th we have 3 Park Tool School classes on offer at our Proctor location. These will be a women’s only On the Road repair class, the Park Tool School Basic course and the Park Tool School Full course.
